Full specs :
Cpu: intel i5 660 3.33 GHz ( 2 cores - 4 threads - 3.6 GHz turbo boost )
Ram: 4 GB DDR3

Depends on the game, in cpu heavy titles yes it will likly bottleneck the 1050 ti a bit. However your 4gb of ram may hold you back more than that cpu will, again depending on the game.

Considering it's a Dual Core CPU with HT there will be some bottleneck.

Yeah agree,the main problem will be the 4Go Ram - you really need at least 8 go nowdays.
