Will I need to upgrade my Motherboard?

I currently use a MSI H81M-P33 motherboard and am looking to upgrade my graphics card to a GTX970 G1 Gaming, which appears to too large for my case. My question is, would I need to upgrade my motherboard so it can fit in a larger case? Or would the H81M fit inside a large case to fit the graphics card in? All help is appreciated! Thanks.

The MSI H81M-P33 is a Micro-ATX form factor motherboard. Make sure the new case will accept a Micro-ATX form factor motherboard (most will).
