Will i7 860 bottleneck a GTX 970?

I want to upgrade my GTX 560 ti to the GTX 970, but i have a old cpu, an quad core i7 860. Will my cpu bottleneck the 970?

You should have no problems with the 970 with that CPU. Just make sure you have decent airflow in the case. In fact my friend has that combo and he has no bottleneck problems.
