[SOLVED] Will it bottleneck?

Hello!

So i've been thinking of upgrading my specs recently, the current specs i'm running is this:

I7 7700K
GTX 1080 TI
32 GB RAM 3000MHZ
ASUS ROG MAXIMUS IX

And i'm thinking of upgrading everything besides the GPU.

So the specs i'm upgrading to is this:

I9 9900KS (KS version)
32 GB RAM 3600MHZ
MSI MEG Z390 GODLIKE

So my question at last, is .. will my GPU be too weak for this CPU?
I really don't want my GPU to bottleneck this CPU because i currently don't have the money to buy the GPU aswell.

I'm not very familiar with PC specs and such, kinda new to this all.
I guess what i'm wondering is if this system which i'm upgrading to will run games at 1080p or 1440p good or not?
