Your heatsink requires a clearance of 168mm.

I own an Antec 900, the less pretty version with almost no cable management holes. I know for certain that you could fit a 160mm height heatsink, as I have a LEPA LV12. There is a little bit of space between my heatsink and side panel window, but it may either be JUST enough for that extra 8mm or slightly not enough. This is as much as I can confirm.
