Hello people, I have a Sony VAIO laptop, it's a bit old, Pentium dual core CPU and 3GB of RAM, I have Windows 7 64bit installed on it now and I don't have any problems with it except that it hangs sometimes on heavy internet usage and some download tasks, I am a college student so I don't use my laptop for anything more than browsing the web and watching videos, do you guys suggest going to windows 10 now or I should wait until it's fully released? and should I ever install windows 10 on my laptop? thanks for reading, hope you guys can help :)

If this is your first time using a beta OS and it is your only computer, then NO.
If you have another computer handy that you can use in the event that everything blows up, then sure, give it a try.

With 3GB of RAM I would suggest using the 32bit version instead of 64bit as it will play nicer, but other than that it should work just fine.

As always, use common sense: Make a backup before installing win10, and know how to use it so that you have some form of disaster recovery. Don't expect everything to work, because it frankly won't (though most things do). Be sure to give feedback to MS if you run across any issues so that (assuming other people also have the issue) they know what to look for when killing bugs.
