[SOLVED] Will my cpu bottleneck my gpu if I upgrade it?

Right now i have a intel i5-6500 and a gtx 960. Im considering upgrading my GPU to a 1660 super.

The 6500/1660S should be a fine combo if gaming at 1080P or 1440P but it also comes down to the games you play as newer AAA titles may struggle with the quad core. Anyways it would be a good improvement but the next should definitely be the CPU, MB, (maybe) memory.
