Will PCI-E 2.0 x16 Mobo supports PCI-E 3.0 X 16 Graphic Card ???

I am using Gigabyte GA-78lmt-USB3 MotherBoard and i am planning to take Ati Hd 7850 2gb Graphic card which had GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 X 16 HDPC.

Does this Graphic card fit in my Mobo ??

Yes hd 7850 will fit.all pci exp 1.0,2.0,3.0 are of same size just operates at different speed.hd 7850 will 100% work in that mobo.no worries

Everything will work fine.... but it may suffer a little memory bandwidth issues which is almost negligible..

PCIe 3.0 is backwards compatible with PCIe 2.0. PCIe 3.0 is twice as fast as PCIe 2.0, eg PCIe 3.0 running at x8 is the same as PCIe 2.0 running at x16. Current GPU's do not saturate the lane at PCIe 2.0 x16, so you'll be fine.
