Question Will Pure Rock 2 FX fit my case (Coolermaster K350)?

Hey guys, I have amd R7-5700x cpu and currently I'm using the snowman 6 heatpipes cooler, it's not that good and one of the fans is dying and making a huge amount of noise.

I want to swap the entire cooler, a friend recommended Pure Rock 2 FX and it is within budget and available where I live but I'm completely confused whether it will fit my case or not?! My case is coolermaster k350

On the case specs page, it says: 'Maximum Compatibility - CPU Cooler Height148.5mm / 5.8 inch' and the purerock's height is 155mm (specs) but then I read here from a guy who was having the same issue 10 years ago (thread) that: "The specs you linked says 148.5mm max cooler height. I suspect there is more room if you do not mount a side fan which would interfere, giving you 25mm more." and I don't have a side fan mounted (I didn't even know you could mount one on the side panel)

I want to make sure before I buy and end up returning, thank you for your help.

Nope, you're case is 6mm short on the width to allow the cooler you've mentioned.

Might want to look into this cooler instead;

IMHO, you should retire that case and get something that a more unhindered front panel. I'm sure the cooler you currently have is good it just needs a case that can breathe.

Which is where?

Hey, thanks.

Tbh it is a good idea too to instead replace the case but unfortunately budget is tight and replacing the case won't fix the shrieking noise of one of the fans (the fans of my current cooler are joined by one cable, so I can't just swap one, I would have to buy two fans instead)

So I guess my options are a smaller cooler or swap the fans.

What about the interior fans extra space, etc? since I don't have one? or it doesn't matter/already accounted for?

Also, I found this: https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/be-quiet-pure-rock-2-forgets-to-cool.3799825/ someone had the same case with the same cooler, and it seems to fit unless the side panel cannot be closed and OP didn't mention this in his post
