Will the AMD Athlon x4 860k bottleneck the MSI GTX 960 2gb?

It will only be a few fps behind an i5 with that GPU especially 720p-1080p, faster GPUs will be effected more though.

Before this gpu I had antoher (slow) pc. This is my new pc with the 960.
