If you allow for 1 cm for your Mobo standoffs i do not think it will fit, sorry.

For my previous system, I modified the side panel of my case to force the 212 Plus heat sink fit. If you don't mind aesthetics or voiding warranty of the case, you can hammer out the side panel to make the room. You don't need cut anything, just punch from inside to outside on the spot where heat sink will touch the panel, so that part will protrude enough.

No im afraid not, but you could mod your side panel by cutting a hole in it so your cooler fits, and then fitting a raised plastic cover like an air intake on the bonnet of a car.

you sure it wouldnt work? the computer width is 6.6inches which is 167.64 Millimeters.The heatsink height is from the cooler master site is 120 x 79.7 x 158.5 mm (L x W x H)

If I remember correctly, my calculation for 212 Plus clearance when I was shopping for a case was minimum 7.5". I ended up buying Antec Three Hundred with 8.1" W to be sure. Below 7.5" on spec, depending on the actual structure, I think it will be border line, even if it may fit. Some cases have a little more elevation between the back-side panel and motherboard, which gives less clearance, so you cannot judge solely on the printed spec.

I have installed 212+ into antec 300 before, it fits. I would suggest passing on the 212 evo tho as its performance gains are minimal and not worth the extra $$. My suggestion is the good ol 212+ and take the $ difference and buy another fan for a push pull setup. This will largely out perform the Evo. (make sure to buy the same fan, should be a CM Blademaster 120)

Oh.. my bad yeah I don't think that's gonna happen without some case modding.
