Will the GX620 Mini Tower fit a PCI express double wide card

The card I want to install is the ATI Radeon 6670 it has a 1.5 or 2x width.

ok looking at it.. it doesn't look like it would fit... so my followup question is.. of the card I'm sure will fit, the ATI Radeon 5670, would the difference in card memory between 512 meg vs 1gig be something that the P4 3.4 processor could take advantage of?
