yep, should be fine as long as you have a decent 500w psu (i think Nvidia technically recommends a 450w but whatever)

Doesn't matter. It's compatible with your system. Power for the fans is derived from the motherboard's PCI-Ex16 slot and the external power connectors direct from your power supply.
