[SOLVED] Will these current specs be able to serve as a stream only PC

Hey, just wondering if these current spec will able to serve as a stream only pc.
Power Supply: 550W Power Supply
Motherboard: H310 Motherboard
System Cooling: Intel Stock Cooler
Processor: Intel Core i3 8100 Quad Core Processor (3.6GHz Max Clock Speed)
Graphics: Intel® HD Graphics 630
Memory: 8GB DDR4 RAM (1 x 8GB)
Primary Drive: 120GB SSD
Will be streaming from my console through this if so.
I've read on minimum stream spec sites that this could suffice. Will be hoping for 720p 60fps
Just not entirely in the know when in comes to pc hardware.

Without issue at all.
I could manage to stream 1080P 30fps on G3220 with 4GB's of ram.
