Question Will this cable work well with ssd?

Hello, I have a Lenovo Thinkcentre m82 sff 3306 computer and I'm trying to upgrade its storage. I want to add in a new ssd and replace the old hard drive, but I dont know if the connectors on the computer are okay to work with the ssd. on the motherboard I have two cables like in the picture that go to sata power. The power supply that I have currently is a LITEON PS-4241-02 and it does not have the sata power coming directly from it, will these cables be ok to work with samsung ssd or should I move everything over to another PC that has the FSP300-60EP(1) power supply which has the sata power coming directly?

The cable that worked for the HDD will work for a 2.5" SATA SSD.

Thank you, I was reading on the net that these wires are 12v and will not work with 5v ssd, is it a different situation here with lenovo PC?

If that is a standard SATA power cable, it will work.

the other end is 4 pin ATX 12v

Disconnect the old HDD.
Connect the exact same cable to the new SATA SSD
Done. (well, except for all that OS and data stuff)
