I’m currently running a Gigabyte Geforce Rtx 3070ti and an AMD Ryzen 7 5800x. Playing games and getting 60 to 100fps on 1080p max settings, bought an Alienware AW3423DWF 34 Inch WQHD (3440x1440) 21:9 1800R Curved Gaming Monitor, 165Hz, QD OLED, 0.1ms, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, 99.3% DCI-P3, HDR400 to play on. Wanted to go 4K and upgrade my pc (a new one). As I’m always on this page you guys are great and I’d like some input. Is this a good build?

I think you already know the answer or you would not have spent a ton of money on the rig.
Do you actually have a problem or are you just wanting to let everyone know what you got.
I was just asking a simple question ? I’m looking for input i got assistance picking the parts from the guys on the website I bought it from yea I wanted a high end pc but i just wanted other people opinions ?don’t know why your being like that for ? Not very nice of you.

Your parts list is as good as it gets today.
Particularly 4090 for 4k gaming.
A few thoughts:
The 13900KS is a well binned chip.
It is about the same capability as the 14900K which costs $90 less on newegg.

What is the make/model of your case?
If it has decent airflow(two 140mm front intakes) you really don't need to use an aio cooler
Gaming does not generate the heat that a fully loaded batch app does.
Food for thought:

A Noctua NH-D15s may well do the job more quietly and reliably.

I would suggest the 7800X3D if its a gaming rig. the 13900K runs hot and draws a lot of power.

The AIO is 38mm thick radiator with minimalistic design.

Case has ARGB and front panel type C

Gaming 4K 120Hz refresh will be no problem. I am playing BF5 on ultra settings.
