Question Will Zotac Nvidia GT 1030 work with my old PC?

I've got 10 years old DELL Inspiron 535s slim tower with following config:

Processor: Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93GHz
Ram : 4GB DDR2
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
PCIe: possibly version 2.0
PSU: 250 watt PSU


I'm planning to purchase : Zotac Nvidia GT 1030 2GB GDDR5 64-Bit DVI-D HDMI Retail Graphic card / Pascal / Firestorm / 384 Cuda core /DirectX 12

The card you're looking at will fit but you're going to have to change out the PSU to a TFX unit that has higher wattage. Read here.

That's fine. I could upgrade but I've heard its consumption is only 30w so it should work, with 250 w PSU , Right?

So I got it finally, No Power issues were there, existing PSU is sufficient. But CPU isn't able to keep up with gpu which results in lagging graphics while playing games.
