[SOLVED] Win 10 Version 20H2 on Old Hardware

Hi I have a quick question. I have an Ivy Bridge 3rd Gen Intel computer with a Z68 mobo and an even older computer with a Core 2 Quad Intel CPU and accompanying mobo. A friend told me Win 10 2002 and 20H2 have trouble working well with old hardware. Is there any merit to this claim? Can I safely install 20H2 on my two computers?

Mine is a 2009 era Toshiba Satellite L305-S5955 Celeron 900, 2.2GHz, 2GB RAM, 250GB HDD. The only upgrade from stock was a warranty replacement of the original 160GB HDD to the current 250GB. Currently v1903, Build 18362.295 https://www.cnet.com/products/toshiba-satellite-l305-s5955/specs/...

Not necessarily.

If it DOES appear, the system is compatible.
But if it does NOT appear, that does not indicate that it is "too old".

A 3rd gen Intel is absolutely no problem.
