win 10 won't shutdown

hello like a mounth ago i swa that when i shoutdown my lap top dell inspiron 3537 the light in down light corner and fan where still working and the screen was black no u can do something on it i neede to press power button tho shut it down... i try all things that i saw on internet do tisable hibernation,sleep , fastboot it worked for like 5 times and after that the same unistall and instal lower version of intel(R) menagement engine interface mine is 11.0.0.1166 and i put on on 9 something nothing still same stuff i check hardisck ,malware ,virus all... nothing... pls help... sorry for bad eng...

Hi,

Do change the power button settings.
- Right click on the battery icon and select Power Options.
- On the left pane click on Choose what the power button do.
- Next to "When I press the power button" select Shut down.
- Click on Save changes then try it once again.

i instal the older version of Intel Management Engine Interface (9.5.24.1790) before this i tried everything ... only this helped.

You mentioned that you had a laptop. As far as I know the Intel Management Engine Interface
is only used for NUC's, which are part of component desktop computers. That might be where the problem originated. when you reverted the driver, it went back to an inactive state.

Yah i have and i still have the same lap top and yeah there is that driver that i down load from intel site and instal it .. i can put the screenshot but i left the lwptop at service, problems with fan.

I found this problem on other site there i took that driver ... i have dell and my fried had same problem with lenovo... he did same thing as me and now all is ok.
