Win XP or Win server 2k3

I would like to setup a ftp and web server for own interest. I am now using WinXP Pro. Should I necessary to upgrade to Win server 2K3 or just install IIS is ok?

Unless you are running a high volume site or need to be able to accept tons of users simultaneous connections, then Windows XP Professional should be enough. Make sure you have it all the way patched up as the version in Windows XP is based on IIS5 (IIS 5.1), Nimda, Code Red, etc, and I believe is still vulnerable (someone will correct me if I'm wrong, I'm sure)
