Question Win10 reinstall, not detecting other drives after connected

I have just reinstalled windows to a m.2 SSD. While reinstalling, my other HDD and SSD were disconnected. Windows is only showing the m.2 in the file explorer now and the others aren't there. (after reconnecting) What's going on?

EDIT: I'm sorry. I just went in diskmgr and clicked "Rescan Disks". They show up now. I'm sorry about this.
