[SOLVED] Windows 10 1903 Feels Sluggish on an NVME drive

Hello,
Recently i had to to a clean install of windows on a PC with a Corsair mp300 NVME SSD, before the re installation the system was running great, i had some difficulties during re installation, where i could only install it if i disconnected my two other hdds and my Ethernet cable, it felt okay, i reinstalled the two hdds and it became very slow and sluggish even though the system had been running great with them before, although i can't remember if the lag was their from the start of the installation or if it happened after the i installed the hdds, and my CPU usage is unusually high for my cpu (r5 1600x @3.9ghz) coming in at 10-20% wheras it use to be like 2-5% with all the same programs installed, i'm really stumped on this one, please help.

Corsair & some other stuff but it doesn't add up, the percentages don't add up

What is on the other drives? Is there a Windows installation?

For anyone else having this issue, i reinstalled windows and that seemed to fix it, although it was most likely a program i installed
