Hello everyone,

A few days ago my system started to glitch a bit so i reinstalled windows but the problem continued, even with different USB installation media from different PCs. I found out that while in the installation process of windows it already is glitching.

Once I'm in Windows basically every program that I open almost immediately closes and I cant do anything about it.

Does anyone have this problem as well and can anyone help me.

Thanks in advance

Specs:

Ryzen 5 3600

Gigabyte b550 gaming x V2

Asus GTX 750ti oc 2gb

how did you reinstall windows? what process did you use? where did you get windows install media from? did you use the Media Creation Tool to make the bootable USB that installs windows?

I used a USB stick for reinstalling windows and I out windows on there with the media creation tool.
Don't really know process I can do different.

did you delete all the partitions and then create a new one, then install? because that is the proper way to do a clean install.

if that doesn't work, you have other issues. you may even be infected
I deleted and formatted every partition that was in my system.
I also let the install itself create the partitions.

what stage of the install? Before or after choosing drive? before or after 1st restart?

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors.
Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it, just one to make it.

Try testing CPU -

The glitching starts when I can choose what region I'm from.
Also I don't get bsod, it just glitches and closes programs

ok. at that stage of the install its running off a ram drive. No ssd or hdd are involved until after 1st restart. SO that reduce probable causes...

try the 2 tests and see what results are.

I tried it with the ram kit of a friend and it had the same results so i don't think it's my ram
