Question Windows 10 file / folder sorting ABC issue (Y shown before I)

hello, I have upgraded to Windows 10 recently and there one thing bugging me out a lot.

when I sort my folders via ABC, the letter Y for some reason is included after I letter in the beggining of the ABC instead of being at the end like xYz. How do I change this nonsense back to normal?

I'm on English language + I have added lithuanian language for keyboard input too.

If you remove Lithuanian what happens?

I dont actually know, and I do not want to remove lithuanian language, so I wouldn't have to go mess with settings to set back date and display formats. you think that this language may impose its incorrect placement of y letter?

actually in lithuanian abc the y goes in fact after i letter and not before the z like in english language.

So for some reason it's prioritising Lithuanian over English when it comes to the sort order. Is Lithuanian default or not?

nope, english is default and display language

alright actually the same is happening on my xperia z3 android phone. the phonebook also has the same issue bringing y to the i. but the lt language is main in there. i guess windows are bugged here.
