Windows 10: I can't search for anything?

So I recently built a desktop computer and it was working great for a while and now all of a sudden I cant search for anything in the windows search bar, if i search for "Google Chrome" all I get is "No results found for "Google Chrome". And yes I have restarted windows explorer multiple times and done the windows trouble shoot to no use. Please help me.

Where do you hold the program icons ? If they are on a another hdd they can't be found and you need to move the icons to c: drive
