Hi,

I have an annoying little issue that I'd appreciate some assistance with:
My Windows 10 (lenovo E15, windows 10 pro) is configured to prompt for log-on using hello-fingerprint.
Sometimes after I turn on my laptop from hibernation (usually, might happen after sleep/restart), it either logs in automatically without prompt at all or more often switches straight away to the message:
"your device couldn't recognize you. Please try again."
PSB links for a couple of videos of iterations demonstrating the above:

I've tried googling it, but couldn't narrow it to something similar.

Why is this happening, am I doing something wrong?

Please advise how I can solve this.

Thanks in advance!

Solution
Ha!
Seems this was simpler than I thought:
I noticed that I actually press the power button, which is also the fingerprint sensor - hence it's designed this way.
If I press it fully then it auto login as it recognized my fingerprint, if I treat it like a switch and briefly touch it then it displays the couldn't recognize your fingerprint error.
(I reset the fingerprint option just in case)...
silly me...:p
