Question Windows 10 - Power Plan Settings

Hi!

So when i choose the power plan for AMD, it won't stay on that.
For example, when i restart my system, it's going to change for Extreme Performance.

How can i fix this?

Which windows 10 version do you have? Ive never seen an 'Ultimate performance' plan?
