When i try to launch my pc. The windows sometimes takes really long to go on or it doesnt at all. When it does turn on it works normally as always. This problem came when i swapped my Motherboard and cpu probably? and i also switched from windows 10 to windows 10 pro.

Hi there Kixyyyy :)
Well have you configured your bios yet?You said you swapped your motherboard and cpu so every time with a new motherboard the bios will be set on default and your boot order will be set out....I know this sounds stupid but sometimes resetting your bios helps!
Do you still have your old windows installed on your drive? If you still have your old windows installed on your drive it may be that its causing your windows to run slow because it has a system restore point to Windows Home(Old windows)...so basically you have 2 windows installed...I MAY BE WRONG.
Another thing you can try is...is to update your CPU driver and Mobo driver if you can...that will help or just to reset your PC again...make sure you have the newer version of windows installed(1909) and that the updates is updated.

Alright. Ive reinstalled windows once. So theres no two windows. Ive updated and configured the Bios. I will try updating my windows 10 whenever my pc boots. Might take a while for it to boot. And when it does, it works fine as always

Hi,

In order to well troubleshoot this problem, we need to identify whether the delay occurs during the bios boot phase or during Windows boot phase.
Open task manager, click on the startup panel and notice the "Last BIOS time".

If the Bios time is high enough then you need to fix something in your Bios settings.
Otherwise, the boot delay is inherent to Windows 10.

I can help you troubleshoot this one, by recording a boot trace with Windows Performance Toolkit.

Here are the steps to take a boot trace:
1. Open a command line as an Administrator (Run As Administrator)
2. Type the following command in the command line Windows: cd %programfiles(x86)%\Windows Kits\10\Windows Performance Toolkit
3. Type the following command to start recording the boot trace: wpr -start GeneralProfile -start CPU -onoffscenario Boot -onoffresultspath c:\wpr -numiterations 1 -filemode
4. Compress the ".ETL" file and the corresponding ".NGENPDB" folder generated under the C:\WPR path (very important)

Upload the boot trace file on Dropbox or on https://www.transfernow.net/en/
