Question windows 10 stuck at attempting repair!

[using google in BSOD]

so,i was playing games. then, my desktop pc suddenly turn off. after that, my pc boot up and stuck at the "attempting repair" screen with windows 10 logo.
safe mode wasn't helping at all. it's so slow and can't connect to internet even the "safe mode with internet" can't connect to internet.
cmd also doesn't help AT ALL.
my recovery usb is broken.
but i still have the advanced options. resetting pc also doesn't help.
please help!

Use the Microsoft media creation tool with an USB pen drive, try to repair windows with it

i've tried it 3 times but the usb bring me to the recovery page.
if you ask "did you boot the computer from the usb?"
the answer is yes.
