[SOLVED] Windows 10 would not boot after moving GPU

Hi, I recently bought an RX 570 and ran into a small issue with it. I have a sound card that occupies a PCI slot, that's sitting between two PCI-E slots (x16 and x8). Sound card ends up extremely close to the GPU. Decided to move it (the GPU) to the lower slot, can't boot to Windows anymore. Boot animation ends and PC freezes with coolers at 100% and a blinking LED on the monitor, indicating that it lost signal from GPU.

I tried DDU, pc boots just fine in safe mode, but not in normal. Any ideas what could be wrong?

My motherboard is Gigabyte GA-AB350M-D3H. Latest Windows 10.
