Question Windows 11 22H2 update error 0x80888002 on supported hardware

I cannot install the latest Windows 11 update 22H2. I receive the error message 0x80888002. All my hardware exceeds the minimum requirements for 11. The PC Health Check shows all green and checked.

Plenty of links. Basically it says that the installer has detected one or more attempts to bypass compatibility checks.

Intel i7-11700K CPU
32GB Memory
Samsung 980 Pro SSD

This computer was built specifically for Windows 11. The operating system is 11 PRO. What if I download the ISO and do a clean install, will that solve the problem?
