The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000113 (0x0000000000000019, 0x0000000000000001, 0x00000000000010de, 0x0000000000002489). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\072723-9312-01.dmp. Report Id: 9b18b621-5c9a-4cf5-8bef-49881bb606b9.

The version of nvlddmkm.sys (the Nvidia driver) that you have installed is not the most current. Have you tried the 536.67 version dated 2023.7.18?

The failure occurs at the dxgkrnl!DpiFdoHandleSurpriseRemoval function and that 'surprise removal' is something that's usually only seen in PnP devices, your graphics card isn't of course a PnP device. That might be the problem, the graphics driver doesn't contain a dispatch routine to deal with a surprise removal of the card. Sadly, the minidump doesn't contain the data areas I'd need to prove that.

Nevertheless, I think this might just be a badly seated graphics card. Try removing the card and reseating it. If you have another suitable PCIe slot then try it in there.

Failing that, if you've tried the three most recent versions of the driver, using DDU in between each install, and it BSODs on all three versions then it's most likely to be a graphics card issue.

Hi, Thanks for the post!

So I did attempt every version, includning most recent 3 , with DDU inbetween

I did a windows reinstall,

i tried my Graphics card in another PC, Works fine

I tried another graphics card (rtx 2060) in my PC, Crashes.
