Question Windows 11 not entering keys

so earlier, I entered a fullscreen and didn’t know how to exit it, so I shut down my PC. However, that caused me to go back to the login screen, and I couldn’t type in anything. Otherwise, features such as entering bios and etc. worked.
Keyboard: Razer Ornata V2
Methods tried out:
-Shutting Down/Resetting PC
-Entering BIOS
-Shutting Off PSU

Do you have another PC available to download the installer from MS?
Can insert that USB and boot from it, try using the "repair" option.

Have you tried to boot to safe mode?

Safe mode isn’t booting

And I just tried it on another PC, and it works just fine.

My keyboard (Razer Ornata V2) isn’t working, and I think I found out why.

Utilizing the accessibility feature of on screen keyboard, I managed to log into my PC and find out that my keyboard was being detected in Device Manager as a Universal Serial Bus device instead of Human Interface Devices. Is there any way to fix this?
