Hi there:
This week I switched my GPU from an RX 6600 to a GTX 1070 and Windows 7 became stuck in a bootloop, where it would play the startup animation to about halfway through, and then inmediately restart.
I tried resetting the CMOS and uninstalling the previous GPU drivers via DDU, but the PC would only boot with the RX 6600 installed. I even tried a RX 580 GPU, but it wouldn't boot either.
I really need to use Windows 7, so upgrading to 10 is not an option. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My specs:
Motherboard: Asus Prime B450M
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G
GPU: RX 6600 (RX 580 and GTX 1070 won't boot)
RAM: 2 x 8gb DDR4
PSU: EVGA 850W
