Windows 7 Serious problem / bug / crash

Hey, basically I was on my windows 7 gaming computer, and I suddenly got the BSOD, so I restarted the computer and it booted fine, but from then on everytime I boot up, 'Windows has stopped working' basically, no errors, nothing, the screen(s) (because I have two screens) goes white, and the taskbar goes unresponsive, what happened? I can't remember the BSOD specific error, something about a pool or header or something? What happened?
Help me, please?

Run a RAM test with memtest. Won't hurt to re-install Windows either.

Can't do any of that.. my computer taskbar and my desktop freeze completely, I can't run nothing unless I click it right before my computer goes unresponsive, was lucky enough to open Google Chrome to type this, HELP

memtest is a bootable disk, no need to start Windows.

Boot into Safe Mode (start pressing F8 after your BIOS POST) and see if it loads, might be a bad driver. Have you installed any new hardware or software lately or ran updates for either?
