Hello, I am from Vietnam. I was asked on tinhte.vn forum (in Vietnamese) but no helpful replies: https://tinhte.vn/thread/update-kb4528069-win-7-bi-loi-error-code-8007063.3088599/
I done these step:
Install NET Framework 4.8
sfc/scannow: windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations
Windows Defender have lastest updates
I turned off the Defender
Deleted DataStore
But it still show this code.
Can you fix?

Windows 7 is already outside of support territory. You should be migrating to the latest OS version. You could try and see if uninstalling your storage controller's drivers helps but that's a long shot, now that Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft.

Windows 10 is too slow for my computer. I only have 1gb ram.

KB4528069 is a test update that ms created to test whether you are eligible for ESU (security updates for Windows 7 until January 10 2023). It doesn't have any security content so you can skip this.

But if you still want to install this update, make sure you have installed these updates first:
KB4474419
KB4490628
KB4516655
KB4519976

and also make sure you have an ESU key applied to your system.
