[SOLVED] Windows 8.1 Telnet Server Setup

Hi,
I'm running Windows 8.1. I enabled Telnet in Add Features, and I enabled the Telnet service to start automatically. But, I cannot log in. I get the following error:

Access Denied: Specified user is not a member of TelnetClients group.
Server administrator must add this user to the above group.

Telnet Server has closed the connection.

I'm running Windows 8.1. What is the fix that will allow login?

Add the user to the telnet group.

Open an Admin command prompt.
Type in: net localgroup telnetclients /add username
To check, its: net localgroup telnetclients and the user should be listed as a member.

I'm trying to set up a Windows 8.1 computer as a Telnet and SSH server. I enabled the Windows Features telnet server setting and the telnet service. When I try to login with Putty it doesn't accept my password and the terminal closes.

I thought I read something about Windows 10 having an SSH server, but how do you configure Telnet and SSH servers in Windows 8.1?
