Bought a new motherboard, cpu and ram for my friends build.

So the build is:

MSI B550M A PRO (NEW)
RYZEN 5 5600X (NEW)
HYPERX 2 X 8GB (NEW)
MSI GTX 970
700W HUNTKEY PSU

We can get to the bios just fine, but everytime we try to boot from windows 10 bootable usb drive, it freezes.
Please help

UPDATE: Already tried swapping ram sticks and even running one at a time, bios update done, csm disabled and bootable usb source from the official site.

could try making installer on another USB and see if it happens again - On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors. Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it

Try updating bios on motherboard as well, although it too uses a USB most likely - some can do it over network now

it could be the PSU - https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/is-huntkey-psu-good.2606406/
