Your PC/device needs to be repaired but I don’t have a installation media.
Specs: windows 10 pro, asus b460 prime, Intel i5 10400f, rx 580, sk Hynix gold 1tb ssd, hitachi 2tb hdd, nzxt 850w psu inside Corsair 220t case.
The error code appears every time I try and boot into windows on both drives

Okay - thank you.

My initial thought is corrupted files: there are things you can do.

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for any additional error codes, warnings, or even informational events that may be being captured.

Likewise look in Update History for any problem updates.

You may need to repair corrupted files:

Start with "sfc /scannow" and "dism"

How to use DISM command tool to repair Windows 10 image | Windows Central

If that does not fix the problem or nothing is found to fix then try booting into safe mode.

Another thing: disconnect all drives but the boot drive.

Late thought/question:

"The error code appears every time I try and boot into windows on both drives "

Dual boot system or are you physically swapping drives about?
