Question Windows Explorer huge CPU usage whole computer hanged

any help would be highly highly appreciated, my windows 10 taking huge CPU usage on windows explorer. I have tried every possible solution defragment, removing all unnecessary software, removing all extensions, removing all caches files and cookies
still, it's hanging a lot

thanks for detail, i have 2hard drives 256ssd and 500gb hdd both have 30% free and scanning result not found any corrupt file

Those random names .exe files do not look like they should be there at all. Do you know exactly what those processes are? If not, I would do a clean setup of Windows.

Also track when Explorer hangs, is it when you access a specific disk or directory?

good catch, was only paying attention to the explorer

those random file names don't look good.. they might be causing explorer to mine your CPU or something. format all your drives (after backing them up to onedrive, google drive, whatever you prefer, of course), delete every partition, select your SSD and reinstall windows on that. after that don't click random download links, chances are you're gonna destroy your laptop again.
