Question Windows Game Mode causes weird issues in games ?

I had a problem for a long time that I don't know what caused it in the first place. The games are constantly changing, for example: once the gameplay was faster, once slower, or in Rocket League the camera level was higher or lower. And it changed randomly after reboots and shutdowns without me changing anything. I have already changed the monitor, RAM, etc. I always turn off the xbox game bar after installing Windows, so that couldn't be the cause.

I didn't suspect Windows Game Mode because it only stops background programs and prevents Windows updates, etc. But when I turned it off, the games on my computer didn't change anymore, but it seems to be worse than with game mode. It doesn't seem as smooth as with Game mode, despite the fact that the game was always changing. However, there were times when it was bad even with Game mode, but there were times when it was particularly smooth. My question is, has anyone else had this problem? What can I do to make it feel as smooth as it was with Game mode? I don't want to turn Game mode back on because it was very annoying and it's strange that it's always different. Also, I set the basic settings that everyone is used to a long time ago. Do you even think it could be because of the Windows Game mode?

I mean, Game Mode isn't really a necessity when comes to gaming but I have it on all the time & I have no problems. Plus I like to optimize a lot so that's something else. I really don't think it's Game Mode IMO but it COULD be unless you've ruled out all other causes too. It might be something else & your not seeing it. What if it's just latency or lag of the system and not having a setting enabled? When was the last time you've updated drivers or Windows or anything? Nothing specific just curious...............................

Yeah now I not Game mode was the issues, because without Game mode it changing visuality too. I mean this like I wrote games feel faster or slower and even sometimes I feel I have more latency than I was in games.

I have a problem that the games change, for example, after a restart or just because I restart the game and don't change anything. I reinstalled windows but the same problem still exists. Should I take out the CMOS battery or what can cause this? I could send a video of it, but you will say that you don't see anything on it, but there is a difference. It's not just my imagination playing tricks on me. Of course, all drivers are up-to-date, including Windows and BIOS. Also, I recently updated the BIOS and it changed even then.

You need to specify the issue. What games are we talking about here? What kind of an issue are you experiencing?

I reinstalled windows but the same problem still exists.
Where did you source the installer for the OS? Did you install the OS in offline mode? As for the driver, did you manually install the latest versions in an elevated command while disconnected from the www?

Also, I recently updated the BIOS and it changed even then.
Did you clear the CMOS after verifying your BIOS was flashed tot he latest version? On a side note, what BIOS version are you on for your mysterious motherboard?

Speaking of mystery, we'll also need to know the specs to your build. Please list them like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

I could send a video of it
Please pass on a video of the issue, to corroborate the issue you speak of, which you also need to elaborate alongside the video. Host the video on Imgur or their ilk and then pass on the link to the video for us to see.

Sorry, for late reply. For some reason I didn't get e-mail that you wrote.

First of all, It's in all games, like I can tell it's changing input lag. Sometimes Im lagging and choppy.

I installed W10 Home in offline mode. I plug out the ethernet cable. I download my drivers from ASUS site after I plug back the ethernet cable.

I have an I5-12400f (stock cooler), ASUS B660M PLUS WIFI D4, Trident Z G.skill 32Gb 4000MHz (Its on QVL list), Kingston 1Tb ssd, Idk exactly which brand but it's a 750W bronze (I think Cooler Master) MPE 7501 ACABW, Wi10 Home, Dell G2723H.

I have the newest BIOS 3601.

I made a lot of video about the problem, but people say they can't see it, but of course I can see it. I can clearly say the difference and maybe if someone try it, they would definitely feel it's different. Btw videos I have on youtube, so it's even worse.
