[SOLVED] Windows is disconnecting my peripherals at random. How can I fix this?

As stated in the subject, Windows 10 is disconnecting all of my peripherals at random points. Usually, it doesn't happen more than once a day; however, sometimes it happens twice in a day. The only things that aren't disconnected are my monitors. Anything connected to a USB port gets disconnected and only gets resolved if I force my PC to power off. If I shutdown normally by pressing the power button once, the issue will still be present on restart.

Things I have tried:
  • Updating all drivers
  • Disconnecting certain USB devices
  • Changing the power management options for the USB root hubs
  • Changing the power management options in the control panel's power settings for USB devices
At this point, I am running out of ideas. Any help is appreciated.

Solution
You mentioned you disconnected CERTAIN USB devices. Try to disconnect them all and test them 1 by 1 to see if one disconnects. The next thing I'd do, is a visual check on the motherboard, to find any blown up/swollen capacitors.
If the motherboard is in good shape, I'd try to test with a different PSU. If hardware doesn't seem to be the issue, the next thing to look at is your drivers (and/or software). Did you install something new? (or maybe you updated some drivers). Try to uninstall and re/install recent drivers (or software) you installed.
