My brother-in-law just lost his internet access so I'm
asking for him. When he's playing a game or watching a
DVD in Media player, the game or the media player window
will minimize by itself. Sometimes when he maximizes it
again it'll not have sound. Also he's noticed that the
games take up all his CPU cycles. He found he has 35
running processes, I told him that was probably nothing
to worry about, but he doesn't know what some of them
are. He has no antivirus checker but he does have Ad-
Aware and Spybot. He used to do alot of downloading of
movies and music. What could cause his windows to
minimize suddenly? Virus? other setting? (He's running
Win-XP on a athlon 1800, 256 ram home built machine)
