Nothing is working and i cant find a solution anywhere else ive disabled cortana before if that has to do anything with it but i was working after cortana was disabled

Hello

Can you please try Disabling Fast Startup and see if it helps?

If it doesn't, you can Run the SFC /SCANNOW Command.

If the problem still persists, you can Remove and then Re-Install the Built-In Apps.

Thx for the answer. But i reinstalled windows after 5 hours of trying to fix the problem. I tried the sfc command but not the other things you said. Ill try them if the same problem accurs in the future.
