[SOLVED] Windows UAC pops up every time I start Far Cry 3 ?

As the title says, I am always prompted with a User Account Control pop-up every time I open the game and I don't know how to exactly solve this since this wasn't the case before and I don't know what changed.

I researched and found out that must be a registry error, but I don't exactly know how to solve this.

This is the exact error found in the steam logs

Do you have administrative rights on your user account?

Here is a similar issue that appears to have been resolved. Yes, it's for Stardew Valley but the issue is the same.

Every time I start Stardew Valley I'm getting the first time installation installer again. This issue started to happen after Steam tried to mass update pretty much all games in my library with 0 size updates. After checking the installscript_log.txt inside Steam\Logs I identified that this line...
