Hello,

I am having trouble with my PC, it's very powerful and smooth running but recently it's been taking about 6 attempts to log into Windows. Once i'm in everything is fine, but i keep having to hard reset my PC because the welcome wheel spins non-stop and won't let me in. somtimes it doesn't even get to the part where i'm able to type my password.

At the moment it's just pot luck that it will work eventually, but I would like to know for sure what's going on because it's taking a long time to get up and running each day.

Specs
CPU: Ryzen 3970X Threadripper
GPU: 3090 & 2080 TI
RAM: 128GB
OS: Windows 10

Try booting into Safe Mode to test the software hanging. If it boots up with no problems, try again a few times to confirm stability. From there it can be diagnosed more easily. Let us know how you go for further steps. Cheers

Run chkdsk on your OS drive ( chkdsk C: /f ) and
diagnose your OS drive with HDtune health.

BTW - why two graphics cards?
What's full model name of your PSU?
Such config would require 1200W PSU minimum.
