I recently upgraded my MOBO CPU and RAM. My prior build had both monitors working fine. Both monitors work independently both hdmi cords work and all drivers are up to date. I have tried with and without the crossfire bridge.
Current build
OS:Windows 10 64bit ultimate
MOBO: ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING
CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 5600x 6- Core Processor 3701mhz 6 Core
RAM: 2x 8GB Corsair DDR4
GPU: 2x 2Gb AMD Radeon R9 270x
PSU:750 watt Corsair
Monitor 1: HP 22cwa (primary)
Monitor 2: element 18” (secondary used mostly for sound but also what I had laying around)
If I unplug 1 monitor and restart, the other monitor will take over as primary but both won’t display at the same time.

Also going into system info both GPU have a resolution of 1920x1080@60 hertz but I know that the element is 1360x768 60hertz

What version(not edition) of Windows 10 are you working with? As for the platform, what BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? Did you reinstall the OS after the upgrade or was it a clone of the OS on the prior build? Also, 750W is the wattage of the unit, what is the model of the Corsair unit and how old is it?

Problem solved, my wife did some digging while I was at work and she found out that my drivers were too updated and she forced a rollback to a previous version by downloading an older version. I didn’t see this on any of my searches due to the fact that my rollback wasn’t clickable. Thank you for trying to help, and I hope this helps other people as well.
