windows10 memory diagnostic? is it as good as the memtest program

also if anyone has a good link for the memtest would be great i forget if its still memtstx86 or somthin like that. was wondering though is the memory test in windows 10 diagnostic any good? at anyrate still need the memtest as i couldnt find results ibn the event viewer on the last test

Windows built in one is OK, it is not very through compared to memtest86.

No, the one built into Windows can't test all of your memory since memory is being used for Windows. That's why you boot from Memtest. There's no system reserved memory that can't be checked that way.
