Windows7 boot help

After hours of downloading the ISO, putting it on my USB etc. It finally worked, I chose the language of the OS and it's now done 'expanding windows files' etc. 6-8 times now, what do I do? Or is it normal?

This is normal. Windows is just decompressing files into RAM in preparation for the install.

Do you mean after it expands files completely, it reboots and repeats the whole process? or does it stay on the same screen but repeats the expanding files part?
