Wired network but want to add a wireless device

Hi everyone i have a wired network and a wired router, is it possible to add a device that is wireless to it? i have something that i want to connect to the internet but it will only connect wirelessly and i don't have wireless.

Easiest solution is to replace the router with one that runs wireless. There are other ways to accomplish this by adding devices but it will cost about the same and be a much more complex configuration.
